How it works

This is how we begin.

Initial Consultation

One-on-one, just you and me, for a full 45 minutes. We dig into your goals, your history, what's been holding you back, then get straight into real training. You'll walk out feeling motivated for what's to come.

2

Finding your rhythm

Weekly or fortnightly from here, at the standard rate. Each session builds on the last, and that's where the real strength (and the real joy) shows up.

A space created to help you feel strong, again.

I'm a mum of two, and I've been teaching movement for years. But it was actually falling pregnant that made me fall in love with Pilates again. My body was changing, and I needed a way to move that supported that, not fought against it.

That's what I love about it. It's low impact, so it meets you exactly where you are, whether that's recovering from injury or building real strength and mobility from scratch. I've watched clients rehab their way back from injury on this equipment, and I've helped athletes prep for marathons on that same reformer. Same tools, completely different goals, and it works for both.

FAQs

What is Clinical Pilates?

A specialised form of Pilates focused on your individual body: movement patterns, injuries, and goals. Sessions use a mix of equipment, including Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, props and weights, tailored to what you actually need that day. It's also backed by diploma-level training, not just a standard weekend instructor course, so it goes deeper into anatomy, injury and rehabilitation.

What is Dance Coaching, and is it just for experienced dancers?

Not at all. Dance Coaching here is fully 1:1, so it's built entirely around you, whether that's picking up your first steps, refining technique as an experienced dancer, building confidence, training for fitness, or prepping for a specific event like a wedding or performance. Every session adapts to where you're actually at, not a fixed curriculum.

What's the difference between the Initial Consultation and a regular session?

It's important to us to get to know you beyond what you write on your intake form. The Initial Consultation is where we actually assess where you're at, where you want to be, and identify the gaps in between, so we can build a plan that's fully personalised to you. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all. Regular sessions after that build on that plan, one step at a time.

Is this suitable if I'm a complete beginner?

Absolutely. Everyone starts as a beginner at some point. Don't let fear, past experience, or physical limitations hold you back from starting. Every session meets you exactly where you are, and there's no such thing as too late, too old, or not ready.

Do you run group classes?

No, every session here is private, either 1:1 or 2:1. That's intentional, it means the whole session is built around you, not a room full of people.

Do you offer 2:1 sessions?

Yes, bring a friend or partner along. Pricing is different to 1:1 sessions, so get in touch for details.

What do I wear?

Comfortable activewear. Grip socks are required for Pilates on the reformer, so bring your own pair, I love MoveActive, and sneakers are fine to start for dance sessions.

Is there a bathroom on site?

Yes, bathroom facilities are available for you to use.

Cancellation policy?

Please give at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that time can go to someone else.
